9115AXI AP is continuously blinking red, green and blue

Recently, I connected a 9115AXI AP with a Cisco C1000 24P 4GL PoE switch, no other PoE devices are connected with this switch. AP joined with the controller and clients are connected without any issues but the AP is continuously blinking red, green and blue. I am sure that it's a PoE power issue. I have a few questions:

Does 9115AXT support the Cisco 24P 4GL 195W PoE switch?

As per my knowledge, each port supports up to 30W and it seems AP is consuming 15.4 watts only, Does 9115AXI require more power?

Thanks in advance.

Console into the AP and reboot the AP.

Post the entire bootup process.

Attached.

RMA the AP.

No, it's not a AP problem, because we have purchased 25 APs, all are same condition.

Yes, what is the solution for that? is there any configuration required for PoE settings? or C1000 24P 4GL PoE does not support 9115 AXI AP. 9105 AXI AP is working fine with the same switch.

Why not console into the ap, power the ap up and see what the log output shows.  It will tell you if there is not enough power and any other issues.

Like @marce1000 mentioned and what the docs states, not enough power.

Enable LLDP on the port(s) and or globally on the switch

+ Verify that there is sufficient PoE power budget to provide power to the AP.
Use the show power inline global configuration command to check on the available PoE power budget,
