9120AXI not join controller 8540

on switch: that ap get ip address but not join controller. the version ap open box ap1g7-k9w8 8.10.130.0

other AP 9115axi can join

Post the complete output to the following commands: 

1. WLC:  sh sysinfo
2. WLC:  sh time
3. AP:  sh version
4. AP:  sh ip interface brief
5. Console into the AP and reboot the AP.  Post the entire boot-up process.

 - Check the controller logs when this AP tries to join, also reboot the AP , check the logs just after boot (show logging) , you may get additional info's

Make sure you post more information that can help us understand the issue.  Since you have other 91x0 access points joined, there should be no issue with the controller.  Might be the image on the ap, but you would have to post that info like what Leo and Marce stated.

problem was solved by Vendor Class Identifier (VCI) DHCP.
