Has anyone else expeienced issues with a 9800-40 and 9115 AP's experiencing datapath exhasution?
We seem to be getting it a lot, symptoms are clients being unable to connect to a specific AP, logs contain the following
[client-orch-db] [18190]: (info): MAC: 56d7.2892.9bae Data path plumb failed on standby, Adding client to poison list
and the end result is a client passing authentication, but once passed is then dropped by the AP and the cycle continues.
The 9800-40 is on 17.15.04b but this has been occuring on 17.12.6 as well so I don't think it's the train of code causing the issue. the AP isn't heavily utilised, between 10-15 clients generally with the vast majority on 5ghz SSID's
This only really seems to be an issue with Anchored/mobility SSID as well.
Flex connnect is not in use
rebooting the AccessPoint resolves the issue for a period of time (20-50 days) before reoccuring.

Thanks Mark, when you say you have seen it? you mean you've seen this issue before on 17.15.4b?

- @MrSlow No experiences with the particular problem myself, I was only referring to 17.15.4b being mentioned
in Known Fixed Releases ,
