I'm trying to setup my 9800 WLC to use DNA Center Application visibility features and AI Enhnaced RRM.
At this moment, we need to disable telemetry to enable it again in some additional types of policy profiles (Guests and Flex), as I only performed the tests in local mode.
When I try to make any move in DNAC to disable telemetry, it attempts to delete the flow monitor that was created, but it fails due to an error.
We tried to delete this flow monitor, but we encountered the same error, both via CLI and through the web interface. In other words, we simply cannot delete the Flow Monitor.
We don't have any interface using this flow monitor, and checking the running-config we just can see it in the same flow monitor config.

- Yes, but nothing is mentioned in Known Fixed Releases , you may need to invoke Cisco's TAC

CSCwh56566 only seems to have been fixed in 17.15.1:
https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/wireless/controller/9800/17-15/release-notes/rn-17-15-9800.html#resolved-issues-17-15-1
although as seems to be the norm these days the bug database has not been updated (Cisco dev team are getting really sloppy with keeping bug details updated recently)!
I might be stating the obvious here, but did you make sure that it is definitely not applied anywhere in the config?

You could also try reloading the WLC or doing a switchover if it's HA-SSO which may clear it if it's got stuck.
