Access point cannot join to the controller

hello

I have a 100 access point (AIR-CAP3702i),99 are joined to the controller 5508 version 7.6.130  and take the same version of the controller except

one of them it take 7.6.118 and all configuration is the same .

the behavior of the access point is connect and disconnect it take an IP but just for two minute not more and no client can join .

where is the problem ? any one face the same issue ?

if you have access to AP console, pls attach the complete output when it is trying to register.

i don't have an access on the time , but on your experience can i change the image manually for the access point and if i can what is the right version

it appear that the image cannot boot probably ,after change it the behavior of the access point is shutting down ,so i open a case for RMA and change it
