ACCESS Point Change regulator domain by upgrading?

hello, 

Can i change the regulatory domain (from  -A to -C: Canada to BRazil) by changing its firemware/software. This is an AP AIR-LAP1042N-A-K9, or AIR-CAP1602I-A-K9 ? 

those AP are controled by a WLC 5520.

No you cant change the regulatory domain of APs as its inbuilt.

Not possible. The Regulatory Domain is burnt into the hardware.
Only the -UX can change.
