Can i change the regulatory domain (from -A to -C: Canada to BRazil) by changing its firemware/software. This is an AP AIR-LAP1042N-A-K9, or AIR-CAP1602I-A-K9 ?
those AP are controled by a WLC 5520.

unfortunalty, i can not, the WLC is in production, with a lot's of other AP from everywhere.
And even if i could, this change require a reboot i think...
