Maybe this is a simple question. We got a new 2602E Access point to test out before ordering more. I'm trying to login to it to set it up and cannot. I have a console cable tried 9600 baud, 8 data bits, no parity, 1 stop bit, and no flow control like it says on http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/wireless/access_point/12-4-25d-JA/Configuration/guide/cg_12_4_25d_JA/scg12-4-25d-JA-chap4-first.html#wp1103336
But I just cannot login to it. What am I missing?

You can't login or you can't enter anything.
If you can't login then there's a chance your AP is running controller-based IOS.

Hi,
Use no flow control, If xon/xoff flow control does not work.
