Access Points Question

We have a wireless controller with 15 access points(AIR-CAP2702i-K9). They were all up & working fine until we had a power outage. After the power came back up, they all came back up but 3 of the access points will not accept any clients. I have re-configured them but still no luck.

Here is the message I get in the log

The system could not release exclusive access of AP entry for fc:5b:39:88:1a:10 in the database

What version of WLC code you are running ?

Are you able to provide console output of a impacted AP while it is power cycle. Pls attach it if possible

Thanks for version info of WLC.

We really want AP console output while it is reboot to see what's the reason for not registering to the WLC
