We have WLC 4404 with ACS 4.1 configured with AAA (both authentication and accounting enabled). The ACS is showing accounting packets (start/stop) but the issue is the correct function of max users. If there is a value set for max number of users the authentication is rejecting with the message "ACS User exceeded max sessions" but it sets to unlimited then it works. In the set value even if we put 10 users still one user cannot authenticate. (we tried both user and group settings)
Under the 'Logged-in Users' report, there is no users showing connected which are authenticated over 802.1x maybe that's why system is not detecting the actual connected sessions?
