After updating the IOS to 12.2(11)JA the Boot Loader remains the same 12.2(8)JA

Do you have any ideas how I can make the Boot Loader have the same version 12.2(11)JA or this is not important?

The 12.2(11)JA might be using the same boot loader version as the 12.2(8)JA. As long as you are seeing 12.2(11)JA as the firmware loaded, then it should be fine.
