Air-AP 350 Series

I have Access Point model Air-AP 350 Series deployed at one of my small site as standalone Mode. Running with below IOS.

Cisco IOS Software, C350 Software (C350-K9W7-M), Version 12.3(8)JEA3, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc2)AIR-AP 350 Series

Corporate SSID configured with it WPA enterprise . 

Problem is : This is providing very intermittent connectivity to users. Sometime after reload users are able to connect but some times it is not.

I try to enablr below debug but did not get any logs :

debug dot11 beacon detail

debug dot11 station connection failure

debug dot11 events

debug aaa authentication
debug event-manager 

I believe some issue may be with antenna as users are not able to see configured profile on their system. 

Please help

The 350 is a very old access point. I would start looking at client debug and frame captures.
