Hi all,
yesterday I have my AIR-AP1252AG-C-K9 failed, I cannot access it via IP and I also cannot find it via CDP.
when i connect the power, the ethernet and radio lights go to red and status light goes orange/amber immediately and keep this all the time. see the attached pic.
if i try to hold the mode button from when i connect the power, all three lights keep off and never be on unless you leave the mode button along and re-connect the power.
and there is NO output from the sierial console.
any idea on what is the problem and how to fix it?

You need to RMA the device. Nothing else you can do.

You open a tac case and you request a RMA or a "return merchandise authorization". They will replace the AP.
