i have this new Access Point air-ap2802i-i-k9 with two ports (Ethernet & AUX) and i want to connect both of them as port-channel and connect them
to Switch ,so what is the configuration suppose to do on this Access Point as it is Lightweight and there is no configuration done on its IOS S/W

What switch are you plugging it into? According to this it has to be a 3650/3850/4500/6500

have 3650 switch and compatible with access points , i am asking about the configuration , do i have to configure only from switch side ? Or do configuration from both sides

It should work automatically. Just connect the ports. autonegotiation will form the etherchannel.

The auto-port channel with this AP is only supported with specific switch models. that are:
This is what Cisco documents specify. So, if you don't have one of the above models, I am not sure if it will work. But you try to put the port channel ON (no negotiation) and try if it works.
