AIR-CAP3501I-E-K9 unable to join WLC

Hi,

AP is unable to join wireless controller. There are 18 AP's at the site, out of them 7 is not showing on controller. Its getting IP address from DHCP & able to ping from WLC.

It is showing in CDP neighbour details. Also we have checked the country code, regulatory domain is correct.

AP Model: AIR-CAP3501I-E-K9

AP Version:  C3500 Software (AP3G1-K9W8-M), Version 15.2(4)JB6

WLC IOS version: 7.6.130.0

Can any one help me to resolve the issue.

Hi Hrishikesh,

Please paste the complete output of these commands:

sh sysinfo from WLC

sh version from AP

and also paste the boot-up process from AP console.
