I have a large amount of internal 2602i and external 3502e Access Points at one of my sites,  I have the following Antenna AIR-ANT5160V-R for 5GHz and AIR-ANT5160V-R for 2,4GHz these have one cable per antenna, plugged in as follows 2.4 in port A and 5 also in the repective port A.  The issue I am having is, clients will only connect at a 5GHtz, I have equipment that will only work on b/g, consiquently these fail to connect on the external AP's, as soon as you enter a building, they connect straight away.   I have attached the Radio Templates.  I am running Prime Infrastructure 1.4 and Controller Code 7.5.102.0

Hi,

you have AIR-ANT5160V-R for both 5Ghz and 2.4Ghz?

also check on the WLC itself if the radios are up for those AP's?

No I have AIR-ANT24120 for 2.4 and AIR-ANT5160V-R for 5. All radios are on. Looks like we have some signal strength issues externally, but perfectly fine internally.
