AIR-SAP 2602I-A-K9 but it wasn't able to produce IP address for client

 We've purchased a AIR-SAP 2602I-A-K9 but it wasn't able to produce IP address for client. both andriod and IOS wasn't able to connect to it. any thoughts, what gonna be the problem is? is there any special configuration to do in order to connect to the said device? TIA..

did you create the IP pool for clients to get IP on AP or connect swicth ?

thanks for the input brother. we just configured it as guest. and disabled 5Ghz (2.4Ghz is enough) and single band as well.

Thats ok...but did you configure a pool to so that client can get ip ??

Is the remaining clients get IP address, did DHCP configured?
