Aironet 1131AG (AIR-AP1131G-A-K9)

Does anyone know how to get into ROMMON for these APs so I can change the flash.  It's currently set to Lightweight mode to work with a controller.  However, trying to get it to Autonomous Mode to work independently.  It's been a bit tumultuous as it keeps booting to the LWAPP settings.  Please help
