Aironet 1310s Output Power Levels

I am using a SPIRENT SR5500 Channel Emulator to simulate a channel for 2 Aironet 1310s.  I have the APs set to 1mW output which should be ~0dBm
yet the triggered setting for the power meter within the SPIRENT SR5500 is showing ~-20dBm at the output of the 1310s.  The cable between is only 5 feet.

Can you clarify your problem a bit more ? You're saying that you configured 1mw but yout spirrent device detects 20 is that correct ?

I would say it's the antenna gain causing that then.

No wait. You're having the 1310s connected to each other via a cable and the spirrent device inbetween right ?

Can you maybe post your 1310 "show tech" so we can see how they are configured and what the "show controllers" say ?

I am sorry!  We have been struggling with this issue for weeks and just had one of the professors come in and play around with the cabling (as they do sometimes).  Turns out one of our 'connector types' was faulty and once all 4 were replaced the power meter of the SR5500 Spirent was showing only cable loss at -1.5dBm and not the -20dBm that had been showing at the power meter input.  Thank you so much for your quick reponse, it is good to know people care!!!  Problem appears to be solved!
