I have Aironet 3602I connected to WLC 2504. The majority of my clients have 5 GHz capacity. However only 2 out of 24 show under 5Ghz connection the others go for 2.4 GHz. I am finding it strange as all the settings including band selection have been properly chosen. Pls, advise

Hi there,

Have you enabled 'band select' under the WLAN/SSID as well? There is a checkbox under the 'Advanced' TAB for the WLAN.

The checkbox is ticked of but no effect.  There is still selective connection for 5Ghz clients. Thanks
