aironet 802.11a/b/g wireless card installation

Hello:

I just installed a 802.11a/b/g card with winclient version 4.2 installed. after reboot, i could not even get back in the xp system any more. before the loading the driver, the system didn't require password, now it pops up "log on" and ask for password.

ok, the system has sp3 installed. could that be the problem?

Also, more, after I click "Ok" button and the login process just hang there: i can see the mouse moving, but nothing else happening...
