AirPrint issue with Ricoh printer

My Ricoh printer cannot be discovered via AirPrint with same SSID.  I'm using WLC 3504 with software version 8.6.101.0.

Although the following services under mDNS have been enabled, the mDNS browser show nothing.

_ipp._tcp.local.

_ipps._tcp.local.

_printer._tcp.local.

When I changed Controller\General\AP Multicast Mode to "Multicast", enabled Multicast\Enable Global Multicast Mode and Multicast\Enable IGMP Snooping, the printer can be discovered via AirPrint.

What is the proper configuration if AP Multicast Mode is disabled?

Quite by accident, I enabled the IPv6 on the printer.  Everything woke right up.  I do not have IPv6 enabled on my WLC...
