Alert ID and Node ID from Webhook alert

Hi,

sometimes I'm getting alerts containing IDs which I cannot find in Meraki Dashboard logs or device description which makes the troubleshooting time consuming.

For example, the last alert was Clients with poor SNR with Alert ID, timestamp, node id and numAffectedClients (no SN or MAC).

How would you troubleshoot this alert?

To be honest, it's not that easy to troubleshoot.

That example you gave is an example of something very generic, and the SNR can be low for several reasons, such as coverage problems, signal obstruction, signal absorption, or even the client's WiFi card is not so good.

I hope the link below can help.
