Hi team,
As we are using Cisco 9115 Ewc Access points in our office, earlier our android mobiles are able to connect to one of our SSID's but right now all the new android mobiles are unable to connect to the SSID, whereas laptops are able to connect to the same SSID but new android mobiles are unable to connect. Kindly please help me with the issue.

- Engage in client debugging for those android devices that can not connect according to https://logadvisor.cisco.com/logadvisor/wireless/9800/9800ClientConnectivity , these debugs can be analyzed with Wireless Debug Analyzer
- Outputs from the commands mentioned in https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/wireless/catalyst-9800-series-wireless-controllers/217738-monitor-catalyst-9800-kpis-key-performa.html#anc5 can also be useful
Appendix : have a checkup of the EWC controller's configuration using the CLI command
show tech wireless (not simple 'show tech') and feed the output from that into Wireless Config Analyzer
+ Check current software version on the EWC controller (AP) ; go for 17.12.3

What version is the AP on?
What method of authentication is used to join this SSID?
Can the Android join the SSID with Open authentication or PSK?

Ive seen android 11 changed from ignore server certificate in PEAP to validate it and not connect.
if 802.1x authentication check the RADIUS server for failure reasons
radioactive trace on the WLC for the client device
and any logs from the device itself
