the Telemetry graph show interference. 

but nowhere else can it be found.

 Problem is that not all interference is from wifi device, which is hard to detect. You may need to use special spectrum analyzers to see what is causing.

Its interference, its showing both WIFI and non WIFI interference. Its sitting around 30% from that chart. As stated spectrum analysis may show cause especially if not WIFI interference.

It might also be the threshold by default might not be what you care about to throw the low health score.
