My Mom just bought an LG Lucent phone from Verizon. She is unable to connect to our wifi network. I know the password is correct, I tried it several times myself. But we keep getting an "authentication problem" message. Any thoughts on how to resolve???

You need to provide more info. What equipment do you have and what have you done to troubleshoot. Other devices I guess works fine.

My wireless is a Cisco DPC3825. All other devices (HP laptop. IBM laptop, Smart TV, iPhones, and iPad) connect just fine. I am not sure how to troubleshoot because everything else is working Thanks!
