Hello Everyone!

I have two types of RF cables AIR-CAB005LL-N and CAB-L400-5-N-N

According to specs

AIR-CAB005LL-N

N(m)-STR to N(m)-RA
LMR-400, 5 foot RF cable
Type: outdoor DB (direct burial)

CAB-L400-5-N-N

N(m)-STR to N(m)-RA
LMR-400, 5 foot RF cable
Type: outdoor DB (direct burial)

AIR-CAB005LL-N

RF Loss

0.2dB @@ 0.7 GH
0.3dB @ 1.0 GHz
0.4dB @ 1.7 GHz
0.5dB @ 2.4 GHz
0.8dB @ 5.8 GHz

CAB-L400-5-N-N

RF Loss

0.2dB @ 0.7 GHz
0.3dB @ 1.0 GHz
0.4dB @ 1.7 GHz
0.5dB @ 2.4 GHz
0.8dB @ 5.8 GHz

The only difference i have found that AIR-CAB005LL-N comes with Cisco paper, and CAB-L400-5-N-N comes with Cisco sticker and Amphenol label of manufacture.

Is there any difference between those cables or one is manufactured by Cisco and another by Amphenol ?

I can use any of them, or might be one should be preferred more then another ?

They are all LMR 400 cables. They would have the same loss.
