AP 1041 join the wlc only after AP reboot

Hello Experts ,

I have an AP "AIR-LAP1041N-E-K9" which suddenly de-join from wlc and only joining again after AP reboot , 

This happens multiple time a day , i have collected logs during the issue from both AP and WLC , and would like to know what exactly the issue 

Please note that wlc logs contains before and after AP reboot , 

at this time Apr 29 14:03:02 AP start joining the wlc

- Check for external network events such as examining the switch logs
where the AP is connected too and also look at the port counters.

On the AP, post the complete output to the command "dir".

I am seeing a lot of these.  

If the AP loses IP address, it will leave the WLC.

But during the issue , i can ssh to AP and reboot it , so its not loosing its ip address !

Correlate the time when the AP unjoins from the controller and the logs of the AP.
