do you have a setup with  EWC (wireless controller running on other AP)?
my guess is the connection to that AP is intermittent, or the AP with EWC running is rebooting

No EWC, this AP is connected to 5520. These logs are being generated all the time!

- is this log on the access point or on the 5520?
- what version is the 5520 running ?
- do you have a HA-setup or N+1 setup ?

-Log on AP

-WLC version 8.10.181.3

-HA-SSO

Are the users complaining of performance issues when using MS Teams?

1.  The logs are kernel and has nothing to do with the performance of the AP.

2.  The AP, however, is a different matter.  It is a 2800 and connected to AireOS.  I have compiled a very long list of Bug IDs (LIST) exclusive to 2800/3800/4800/1560.  The workaround is to migrate the AP from AireOS to IOS-XE.

Teams is one thing people are complaining about.

Do you mean that if we move to 9800 WLC, 2800 AP problems will end or 9800 will make 2800 work better?

The issue is not to be fixed in AireOS because Cisco is encouraging everyone to migrate to IOS-XE.
