Is it possible to use AP 350 running latest IOS to bridge with none cisco AP using WEP, and can I convert AP 350 to 350 Bridge.

Access point 350 can not be used as a bridge. It is possible with BR 1310 which can act both as an AP and bridge. As far as I know AP350 WGB doesnt work with third party.
