I'm running into the below issues when implementing a wireless controller at a remote site. The access point(s) are continually disassociating and I'm not sure if it has to do with the APs themselves or the configuration of the controller.

AP Disassociated. Base Radio

*spamApTask7: Oct 19 10:16:27.600: #CAPWAP-3-DUP_AP_NAME: capwap_ac_decode.c:1101 AP with same name AP00f6.6316.4508 exist. Using default name AP00f6.6316.4508 for this AP

Wireless Controller: AIR-CT2504-K9 Software Version 7.6.130.0

Access Points: AIR-CAP1602I-B-K9 Software Version 8.2.105.100

I would suggest you to upgrade WLC software to 8.0.140.0 release & see if that problem persist.

Refer below compatibility matrix as well if you have different other products work with wireless (AP models, PI, MSE)
