AP is not able to register on vWLC

My AP is not able to register on vWLC:

Post the complete output to the following commands: 

1. WLC:  sh sysinfo;
2. AP:  sh version
3. AP:  dir

NOTE:  Do not delete or edit anything other than the IP address.  Leave everything alone, including serial numbers.

"C3500 Software" suggests it's a 3500 @marce1000
