AP is unstable with Controller

HI ,

Can anyone advise on the issue please .

Issue AP is unstable with controller :

I have rebooted the AP with AP recovery image but still booting up with old IOS in AP .

AP is sometimes shown in controller and sometimes not . Clients are frequently disconnecting .

Controller : 5508

IOS version : 7.6.120.0

AP model : 1240

IOS :System image file is "flash:/c1240-k9w8-mx.124-25e.JAO5/c1240-k9w8-mx.124-25e.JA

can you confirm if there is a WAN link between the AP and the WLC ?

the event.log is related to the AP join issue, so can you share this log file to check what is in there ?

yes, the AP is connected to a Foreign Controller over WAN connection . Regarding logs , I have already attached logs . Please confirm which logs you want , I will attach it .
