AP keeps disconnecting users

Greetings all,

 
 
We have an AP that's keeps on disconnecting users, kindly assist on how to troubleshoot  and remediate the problem.

are you using WLC ?

whcih software version you are using ?

 

paste the output of these commands:

 

sh wlan <id>

debug client <mac address of client>

What is the model of the AP? 
What firmware is the WLC running on?

You need to provide more info to help you with this issue. What have you done as far as troubleshooting and any information you have discovered. Leo and Marce have provide some questions, but you need to provide more. What are you actually seeing, have you been able to reproduce the issue, what are users saying.
