Hi,
I have 2 wlc runing in SSO HA mode. I want to migrate the second WLC to N+1 mode, Do i need to purchase 50 ap count license to the secondary WLC to support ap while configuring N+1 mode.
My model is Cisco 5508

Hi Jubair,
In N+1 mode:
Either Both WLC must have enough AP license.
or
Primary WLC have AP license and 2nd WLC have HA-SKU license.

As soon as an AP joins the HA-SKU secondary controller, the 90-day timer starts, and the user sees a warning message after 90 days. In other words, an HA-SKU controller can be used as a secondary controller for 90 days without a warning message.
