AP not Found in a Controller

Hi,

 

I am a first time installer I have installed my wireless controller and it is visible on the network but the APs are not visible on the controller what should I do.

When i Console into the AP it gives me Some error msg 

 

Please see the attached for versions and errors i get

The "sh version" output taken from the AP is of no help. Sandeep has stated that the firmware of the controller needs to be, at least, 8.1.111.0 (and later).

upgraded but still cannot join

which method are you using for registartion process!!!!

 

Please keep the AP and WLC in same subnet and give a try!!
