AP1200 lost configuration after reload or power off, power on

Hello

I have a big problem. We have some 1230 AP's with IOS. I configure the AP with the Console Port.

At the end, i save the configuration with "write memory" or "copy running-config startup-config".

No error message appear. Now, i make a reboot with the command "reload". After the reload, no more configuration exist on the AP. The same problem is, when i make power off, power on. The AP have lost my configuration and he boot with the default configuration of Cisco.

Is there anybody with a idea ?!? I find nothing on the CCO Site.

You might need to replace the AP.
