I ran into upgrade/conversion problem using the conversion tool to convert my Cisco Access Point firmware to IOS version.
Does anyone knows how to upgrade/convert using the console since the boot files are either corrupt or lost completely during the conversion and I can only access the device through hyperterminal/console port.

Thanks for the information. I attempted loading the IOS via mode option from tftp server, the tftp error message is as stated below:
connection received from 10.0.0.1 on port ....Read request for file c1200-k9w7-tar.default. Mode octet....
error 2 in system call CreateFile The system cannot find the file specified
while the console message is as stated below:
