AP1242 Utilization

I'm looking at a utilization report for one of my APs. It shows the following:

Total Util = 117%

RX Util = 28%

TX Util = 24%

Channel Util = 65%

Besides the RX and TX can someone explain what the Channel Utilization is and why it's so high? Is it because of interference?

This might be due to interference or any neighboring access point using the same channel number.
