ap1572eac - Not connecting to WLC

Hello,

We have a ap1572eac in stock that we're trying to connect to a vWLC (8.10)

I'm getting these lights which I'm unsure what they mean:

Its being powered by a AIR-PWRINJ1500 injector and I've factory reset it.

When it was factory reset it briefly worked i.e. connected to the switch and a show cdp neighbours could see it.

Then these lights came on the port on the switch went dead.

Any ideas where I should go with this?

All sorted, factory reset the ap and moved it to another port on another bank.
