Currently I see on my WLC5520 the following errors:
- failed to upgrade firmware error"“result_string: Failure while validating the signature”

- no certificates when show certificate all

- See AP in Statistics => AP Join but error message "Not joined"
Which error prevents the AP from joining the Controller?

  - The whole sequence and the certificate problem on the 5520 has already been discussed ; I don't understand why you act now as if nothing has been done,

yes, thank you very much, I want to tell you whether the results I tested could be due to something else, I already know they are for the certificate on WLC5520. I will open TAC to support.

Factory-reset the AP:  capwap ap erase all

Console into the AP and reboot the AP. 

Post the entire bootup process.
