AP561 drops connection or does some clients not allow to transfer data

Hi,

we are running a cluster containing 5 AP561, since today they are running firmware 1.2.1.3, before 1.2.0.2.

There are per frequency 3 ESSID.

On the main ESSID are up to 15 clients.

Now i happens from each day some clients are unable to connect. does not find the network or they can connect but ar unable to transfer any data.

Interresting, also on "assosiated clients" all counters are at 0 (single point session, the first values are idle and so on)

AP1 18:5E:0F:AC:xx:xx 51 1 32 0 0 0

All the clients have an Intel wireless card the intel Proset got updated from up to the latest.

also, the DHCP-pool is not filled, if testing via Androidmobile it works.

Found also an entry in this forum to disable WPA-TKIP (which was always set to WPA2-AES) and disable MFP, this was set to capable.

But there are clients not working. after poweroff/poweron the client, sometime it works then the next day an other client has the same problem.

Any idea what could produce this kind of problem?

How can i check, what regional setting for the radio is defined?

best regards

Thomas

Hi,

now i moved to an other AP, same problem.

Also an other Laptop, but also with Intel wireless, but running Ubuntu Linux has the same problem. Connection works after several times, enable, disable wireless on the laptop.

Same with an android phone, needed 4 connection attempts, until it was working.

in the AP log i get

Sep 28 2016 13:50:54 debug hostapd[986] station: 84:10:0d:1f:2c:fb deauthenticated

also a AP reboot via Cisco 2960X switch does not solve the problem.

who keeps the clients deauthenticated?

best regards

Thomas
