Apple TV Connectivity to a RV130W

I recently upgraded to a RV130W router from a WRVS4400N VPN router because the latter was at the end of its service life and retired by Cisco.  I had successfully connected an Apple TV to the WRVS4400N VPN, but I cannot connect this Apple TV to the RV130W.  The error message is "There was a problem connecting to the network.  Check your network settings and try again (5)."  Sometimes I get the same message but the code is (-3905).  Except for this issue, the RV130W is working perfectly including a site-to-site VPN connection to another RV130W, wireless connections from several iPhones and iPads, wireless connections to several Windows workstations and laptops, etc. 

So far, none of the information available through a Google search on the web or on the Cisco site has worked.  Any suggestions would be very much appreciated.
