APs not getting IP

I have 3 cisco mr33 AP non of them get Ips from dchp

I physically took one home and it still not getting IP in the dashboard it does shows ip but no connectivity and when ping that ip no reply

The one I took hoe still show ip from the subnet of the office and not my home ip

what could cause this issue

Try factory reset one at home.

Check the home router if it give out a dhcp lease for that mr33
