We have been rolling out Aruba and then Dell branded Aruba for years now. Then HP bought Aruba, Dell has no forward path, and HP has no migration path for Dell WAPs. So in comes Meraki.
We have seen now in two different locations where Meraki very negatively affects the performance of Aruba/Dell. Signal strength will drop and mesh functionality will degrade or disappear. We do NOT have Air Marshall turned on.
Has anyone else seen this issue?

Check what channel those AP operate on. If nearby APs are on same channel, they affect each other, irrespective of whot manufactures those AP

I wouldn't personally mix two different WiFi solutions in the same operating space.
I would take out all the Aruba units and relocate them to another place that can use them, and fit your entire space with just Cisco Meraki.
If you are dealing with a Cisco Meraki partner or Cisco Meraki Rep, you could also ask about a "buy back" scheme. Sometimes you can get a discount on a new Cisco Meraki WiFi solution by trading in your existing solution.
