i have 2 4400 WLAN Controllers in same Network , but Ascom IP Phones which is associated to theses defferent Controllers can reach via Network and can ring the phones but not able here the voice while they are associated to deffrent WLCs. There is no issues if both Phones are assoicated to same WLC.
any body can suggest me what will be the problem with this????

Anvar,
When the phones are on the same WLC the callers can hear each other, but when they are on different WLC they can't?
Are the phones in the same subnet on both WLC? What version of code is on the WLC?

ok, that looks ok with one exception. There is no wired protocol. Can you go check the QoS profiles and the Platinum, and check to see if the wired protocol is set to 802.1p?
You'll also want to make sure that the LAN supports the QoS. WLC trunk should be mls qos trust cos, the AP should be mls qos trust dscp, and all the switch uplinks should be mls qos trust dscp as well.
