Audit : OfficeExtend AP Mismatch

Hello

When a new Ap is registered in NCS, it appears with an Audit Status = "Mismatch"

When we click on Mismatch it says : Attribute = OfficeExtend AP  Value:  NCS=True  Controller=false

NCS is  1.1.1.24

Controller is 7.2.111.3

We tried with AP 2600i and 3600i, we have the same pb.

This is a issue because we can not applied Lighwheight AP template.

Could you please help.

Well it depends on what you are auditing and really shouldn't make any difference since the AP's gets its configuration from the WLC.  The WLC mismatch is different, but is also not really a big deal.  Maybe refresh the config from the WLC and see that helps.  But I have ap's that are identical and not even on the network anymore and it really doesn't bother me at all.

You could try to create different ap templates and apply it to specific ap's and see if that helps.
