Hello
Does anyone know what the rough rule of thumb would be for per user bandwidth on an AP, assuming its connected on a 1Gig port and is a 2600/2700 type AP
I am sure I read approx 500K per user in the past
Thanks
Martyn

We are trying to understand the additional WAN bandwidth we would need if WiFi is installed where users can be corporate of guest (guest would have web access only)
I am only looking for a rough guide, nothing too scientific, so that we can let the customer know
PS I have looked on the Cisco High Density design guide and the netgear WLAN design guide and for web type access they mention 500K/user.
