I think the cisco 880G   and 890G are good options as   they both have 4 G support

I would not recommend getting a router with integrated AP.  Why?  Because when the AP is no longer supported by the WLC, then you're in a bind.  

Cisco 900-series router is a good choice (Data Sheet) and still runs on "classic" IOS. 

Other than that, the CIsco 1000-series is the "premier" line and runs on IOS-XE.
