Is it possible to block a client from one ssid but allow them to connect to another?? Not telling her password to the ssid I want to block her from is not an option. Claims she wants trend antivirus removed from mac as it is causing her wifi connection issues at home but it works perfectly at office through merakis. Won't accept that trend isn't the issue if it works at office but not with her home wi-fi.!

And to answer your question: Absolutely! ...at least on your Meraki wireless.
Find the client on your dashboard under Network-Wide -> Clients then select the particular wireless client. You'll notice near the bottom of the page there will be a Policy section. Select the the device policy dropdown and modify per SSID as needed. (As shown below)
